In 2012 the NFL is letting NIKE make what is known in the college world as "pro combat" uniforms that NFL teams can wear once a season. This is what Miami's looks like as of now. Of course it could change between now and 2012

This is a weak attempt to get people who already have jerseys to buy more jerseys.

I've never seen a more blatant attempt to drum up business.

aren't they the Miami Hurricanes uni's recolored? (I don't watch College football,but it's the uni's that keep popping in my head)

I think I hate them all.  They look like someone took a team logo, projected it on to a guy, and colored in the gaps.

And, Hoodie, I consider throwbacks as a tribute to team history.  Not a flagrant attempt to sell more jerseys with no apparent meaning behind them.
