Can Cincinnati find more impactful personnel than Ochocinco
relative to his cap number in those two spots
combined?

Will Washington be better off with a 2013 5th round pick, or with nothing?
Keep in mind that a lot of players were going to be cap casualties anyway. If Miami could have gotten something for Crowder, it wouldn't really matter
