NEP just signed Dan Gronkowski, who was a FA.  They already had his brother Rob. 

Is this a first or has other brother tandems played on the same team?

Not even close. The Dolphins had Glenn & Lyle Blackwood. There are many others highlighted here http://www.profootballhof.com/UserFiles/file/Brothers_2011.pdf

Nope the Dolphins had the Ayanbadejo brothers on the Dolphins Brendon,and Obafemi in 2003

(And as mentioned by Phish)
And the Blackwoods, Lyle,and Glenn in the early 80's

Wow, from the list above, Gary Baldinger played with his brother Rich on the '88 Chiefs, then went to play with his brother Brian on the '90 Colts.

Looks like the 1921 Columbus Panhandles have the record, with 5 Nesser brothers on the same team at the same time.

Chris Gronkowski was the fullback for the Cowboys.  He is now with the Colts.
