God bless you brother. I never had the discipline to cut like that.  I've worked out with some pretty cut guys but never to that extent. At 145 you are more than a beast!!

We all have our gifts. Honestly, physique is not one of mine. I was always the smallest cat of all the dudes I trained with. I honestly believe that hard work will beat talent. I'm also a cheeseball when it comes to quotes and competition and stuff, and I heard Larry Bird once say, "You don't go out to play- you go to win. If all you're doing is just playing, you've already lost." That kinda stuck with me, motivated me. -EK

I also heard he walked into the locker room for the three point shootout once and asked the group who was trying for second. I always loved to use that line.

Bird was the epitome of work ethic. First one to practice, last one to leave, superstar who didn't have to take the hard charge or dive for the loose ball, but always did. Definition of leader. -EK

Bird was my favorite player.  I read his book way back when.  He used to practice until the shot "felt" right.  He not only had to make sure that the shot went in, but he had to know it was going in by the way it felt.  Then he would go home.

There is a guy named something like EDiggy on another site I'm on and he's black.  Guess my thought process carried over.
