Ross and the Dolphins can't whine that Fisher used them. When they last year used Sparano in a crappy way. KARMA!!! What comes around goes around, I don't want to hear it out of Ross and the Dolphins. You took Sparano for a ride and now someone took you for a ride. Deal with it and stop complaining. THIS IS WHY NOBODY WANTS TO COME HERE! Nonsense like this. Do they (he) not get it yet!  Just shut up and find a coach don't cry about how Fisher used you! Yeah he did, so what? Just shut up about it. Nobody is going to feel sorry for you in this league. Whining about it makes things worse!

Looks like Fins are bringing Mike Zimmer back for 2nd interview. If hired you could expect Todd Haley or Hue Jackson as offensive coordinator.

Fins are interviewing someone today but they haven't announced who. Could be Mike Sherman but that is only a rumor going around on twitter

Obviously Fisher went to the Rams so he's out, I dont believe Cowher or Gruden are coaching next season therefore I'd like to see someone like Zimmer maybe, Brian Bellick i dunno if he's ineterested, but one thing that worries me Ireland had been there for a while and obviously things aren't working out good for Miami with him there so I dunno why Ross is still keeping him. Ireland is like a bad luck, I hope im wrong and they can turn this upcoming season around but I hope this is his last chance to keep his job. If the Dolphins stink next season Jeff Ireland should be the first one gone, and Ross should start acting more like the owner and not a fan, too many empty seats!!

If the Packers lose today (down 10 as I type this) I think Miami gives Philbin a 2nd interview to see where is head is at. From some reports Philbin was the next guy after Fisher. Just with this son's death that changes things

PFT is reporting Miami is leaning towards Zimmer and he might be the guy.

Tampa wants to talk to Zimmer so Miami might move quick to lock him up. For offensive coordinators 2 things to remember. Todd Haley has the same agent as Ireland. And Zimmer and Hue Jackson have worked together in the past. So those are 2 guys to consider. Unless the front office force Daboll down Zimmers throat.

I wouldn't mind Zimmer getting a chance with Haley being the OC.  It could be a good combo.

I think Zimmer might go with Hue Jackson over Haley. Both are good guys though

Zimmer is interviewing with Tampa Bay tomorrow. So, Miami can't sleep on this if they want him. I am a big Zimmer fan and would love the hire. So we will see how it plays out

I read last week that Oakland was interested in Philbin, not sure where that's at.  I'd have my doubts about Philbin at his point, he's not going to get over the death of his son any time soon, and the Fins need someone 80 hrs a week at his point.

Is the whole Zimmer-Irleand-Dallas connection completely being ignored here? If you want more of the same, keep pulling for it.

Yeah.  Now we're way beyond the Dolphins signing Cowboy castoff players.  Now they gotta do it with the coaches too.

At this point the Dolphins should cut their losses and keep Bowles. They really shoulldn't bring in "coordinator X" last minute and pay him a bunch of money to coach a team that will look very similar to what we finished with. The Senior Bowl is only about 10 days away and it isn't like any new coach is going to get the staff they want anyway. I think we willl draft a lineman because that's a safe bet for Ireland. Ticket sales are going to suck regardless because OG Jonathan Martin isn't going to excite the masses. If they keep Bowles on for another year maybe we will be in a better postion to land a coach, qb, and GM.

This HC search is really starting to annoy me.  I've not been one to jump on the Ross is an idiot bandwagon, but...its been six weeks since Sparano was fired, and months since the 0-7 start at which point everyone knew Sparano wasn't coming back.  STILL we sit here without a coach, this has been F*&C$ed up!  You can't tell me there aren't dozens of guys out there that would want to be an NFL Head Coach.  Might as well grab a college coach at this point.

Maybe Ross wants someone from the Raven's, NEP, 49ers or Giants.
