Was trying to embed the youtube video. When I previewed my first post, the embeds weren't displaying as I'd hoped. Can I not embed on this forum?

There are a lot of them that I like,and a bunch,that it was less about the "theme music" but the  ambient music ,and the sounds of playing the game...(Pole Postition,Galaga,Super mario Bros,Donkey kong,Pacman,Contra)

Has to be Final Fantasy VI!!!  The very beginning of this song is just the opening to the game but the halfway portion is what you hear when exploring the world map. Beginning at 2:24 is what takes me back 16 years ago to the countless hours spent on this game.  Smiley

I want to give a shout out to the original Halo.  The way that they used music in their campaign where things really ramped up when the music started -- awesome.  They did a really good job of using the score to let you know when things were about to go down.
