Very.....unless they have some great backup plan that I have not yet heard they are going to be hurting even more at QB.

Draft Ryan Nassib out of Syracuse (probably Rd 2). They hired a GM who is a Syracuse native. They hired a head coach and offensive coordinator who came from Syracuse and coached Nassib.

Smart money is they take Nassib in Rd 2. Or trade down in Rd 1 and take him late Rd 1

ouch..According to John Clayton Tweet..
The Ryan Fitzpatrick release didn't save the Bills much money. With $10 million of dead money, the Bills saved $450,000

With that tidbit.......it's a dumb move! Thank god Buffalo is in our division!

I also expect Nassib is on their radar. Is he ready now? I don't think so. Given that, I really don't know what their plan is for the upcoming season.

They want to draft Nassib from Syracuse.  Also they think Jackson is an upgrade.  They're trying desperately to re-sign LeVitre and another UFA and they don't think they're going to be able to do it.

I believe they are talking Cap dollars vs. Real Dollars.  Fitzpatrick was due a lump sum of real money so they cut him, it is Buffalo & Ralph Wilson after all.  Wouldn't be surprised to see him re-signed at a lower amount.  I thought they would be interested in Nassib also, since Syracuse Coach Marrone took over the Bills, but everthing I have read shows them interested in drafting other QB's, unless they are just trying to ignore the obvious.
