There was no mound or no rubber in the video. 

Had there been one, I bet she could modify her approach slightly so that the front foot stayed on the ground at all times.

I'm sure she could but the way she did it in the video would not be legal in MLB

^^^ I've heard of the song, but just because cheerleaders and athletes started singing it on random videos. Prior to the 3rd party videos coming out, I'd never heard, or heard of, that song or singer.
