No, they would not find that suspicious.

Most people, like you, have nothing to worry about.

What's the deal?

I use Bank of America for only one account.  It is a savings account.  I call it my car savings account.  I opened it in the fall of 2013 after I bought my car, with the idea of beginning to save up for my next car right away.

I mostly fund this account with payroll checks from the supermarket, but sometimes I make small cash deposits, usually of $100 or less.

Would they find that suspicious?

This whole story sounds ridiculous

No this would not be suspicious.  But if you suddenly show up with a large amount of cash to deposit, then THAT would be suspicious.  Especially if you tried to deposit over 10G's in cash, and when you're told by the teller that they have to fill out an IRS form, you opt to deposit less than 10G's

one of my savings accounts I fund online when I get paid into my checking account.

The other one I fund with my paychecks from the super market

If you're keeping $10,000 at your apartment on a regular basis, and worried about where to store your extra dough, but work at a "super market" - I can see why you're worried.  I would be too.
