If it concerns a couple of nobody lineman from some non playoff also ran team, then what's in the wells report is fact.

If it concerns a future hall of fame QB from the defending Super Bowl champs, then what's in the wells report is nothing but an opinion.

All this really proves is that cheaters in fact do win at least on occasion.
