3rd year in a row. This time they aren't giving up a home game. Fins @ Cincy in London 2016. NOT Official yet but could be announced soon

Well Cincy is giving up the game, Miami isn't. So, it's on Cincy not Ross this time

In the past haven't they always waited until the off season for these announcements. Bengals are 8-2 and in second place in the AFC.  It is possible that the defending superbowl champs will give up a home game to play overseas. 

I am not a big fan of shipping any games overseas, but if we send any it should only teams that are crap and can't sell out home games in their home stadiums should be giving up home games.
