Saw this and thought it was pretty funny. Apparently he missed an extra point and threw his helmet on the ground and it bounced up and hit him in the face.

ROD?  I know that doesn't stand for "Ring of Dishonor" and I know you don't want to put Olindo Mare in there, especially because he is arguably the best kicker Miami ever had...

Why Mare?

2000:  Missed field goal against the Jets costing the fins a first round bye

2002: Missed field goal and a kickoff out of bounds in the finale against NE

2003:  Missed two field goals that could have buried the Patriots Dynasty before it ever got started and put the Dolphins in the playoffs

That's two playoff berths right there, with two very talented teams.

2005:  Another missed field goal against NE

2006:  Four key missed field goals, noteably against the Jets.

Carpenter cost them the playoffs in 2012, and possibly 2011.
