Tier 1 (really great movies):
Winter Soldier
Avengers
Civil War
Iron Man

Tier 2 (good to passable):
Iron Man 2
Hulk
Ant-Man
First Avenger
Doctor Strange
Age of Ultron
Guardians 2
Thor

Tier 3 (mediocre; would not watch again):
Guardians
Dark World

Tier 4 (bad movies):
Iron Man 3

Wasn't really that hard for me.  I could definitely be convinced to do some shuffling in tier 2, but I feel pretty strongly about the tiers themselves.

I'm still working through this list myself, but as enjoyable as all of these movies are, I don't know if they have one true complete film.  I suppose Cap 2 is pretty steady all the way through.  Most of these films peter down the stretch and have third acts that don't live up to the promise of the first two.

Stole Spider's format, because I pretty much agree with his list other than Guardians of the Galaxy.  Haven't Seen Vol. 2 yet.

Could watch them once a week, no problem

1.6   Marvel's The Avengers (2012)
1.5   Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
2.4   Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
1.1   Iron Man (2008)
2.3   Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)

Enjoyed them, but after 3-4 viewings, I'm done

3.2   Doctor Strange (2016)
3.1   Captain America: Civil War (2016)
1.4   Thor (2011)
3.3   Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)
2.6   Ant-Man (2015)
1.2   The Incredible Hulk (2008)
2.5   Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)

If it didn't have the Marvel logo...

2.2   Thor: The Dark World (2013)
1.3   Iron Man 2 (2010)
2.1   Iron Man 3 (2013)

I would, however, like to protest the fact that the original Daredevil movie is not on this list... Wink

Unless you're making a joke related to the Netflix series, the 2003 Ben Affleck Daredevil is a Fox movie, and would be more appropriately ranked with the X-Men and Fantastic Four movies.

But since you mention it:

Tier 1 (really great movies):
X2: X-Men United (2003)
Logan (2017)
Deadpool (2016)

Tier 2 (good to passable):
X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)
X-Men (2000)
X-Men: First Class (2011)

Tier 3 (mediocre; would not watch again):
The Wolverine (2013)
X-Men: Apocalypse (2016)
Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)

Tier 4 (bad movies):
Fantastic Four (2005)
Daredevil (2003)
X-Men: The Last Stand (2006)
X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)

Tier 5 (too shameless to be worth watching):
Fant4stic (2015)
Elektra (2005)
