Stephen Furst died on Friday due to complications from his lifelong battle with diabetes. He wasn't a huge Hollywood star, nor any kind of star. He was a low-level hollywood supporting actor who had a couple of real noteworthy roles, but they were among my favorite "bit characters"...the hilariously uncool Kent Dorfman, aka Flounder, in the classic comedy, Animal House, and the baseball cliche-spouting mental ward patient, Albert Ianuzzi in The Dream Team.

         RIP, Flounder!

...and that's the ballgame!

Let us not forget the role of Vir Cotto in Babylon 5.  He was so very good in that show. RIP

Never made it to Babylon 5...had no idea Flounder was in space. I guess I'll have to check out that series after all.

I can honestly say that I had never heard of Midnight Madness, though it came out my senior year of HS. I guess I have another movie to add to my watch list now...thanks! Wink

I forgot Midnight Madness even existed. I'd like to see that again.
