Oh, absolutely.  But I'm presuming that these guys got the TV show because of that business existing and them having done this for years.  Is that really a viable business model to sell a hoarder's garbage?

I don't think it is but I also doubt their business was in the state you see now it before the show came about. I imagine they pitched the idea somewhere and built the business bigger with the incoming money once they sold the show idea to someone.

I watched the 1st 2 episodes of the Pacific,not as much of a story as band of brothers...Buttloads of fighting,and explosions in the 1st couple of episodes.
