I pretty much agree with this list, except I'd take Joey Porter out and put in John Offerdahl or Bryan Cox

I had Cox on there, but he was a headcase who got stupid Unsportsmanlike Conduct penalties and it pissed me off.  Plus, even though people thought his actions were funny, his tirades were unbecoming of what I want in my players.

Offerdahl is probably good choice, but I think of him as kinda undersized.

Edit: As I write this, I realize that Porter also used to piss me off with similar penalties.  I probably can find a better choice.

Only one missing is the long snapper.

John Denney, I guess?  Not really a position you hear a lot about.

Yeah, John Denney is the only answer.  He's been the long snapper since 2005, which is pretty impressive.

I have never claimed the Dolphins mistake occurred at the time of the WW trade.  The fuck up was low balling a 2nd round RFA tender rather than a first round tender or a long term deal.

Hardly. He is a nice player but a bit overrated. Inflated stats due to playing with Manning and Brady. Put him on the Redskins and he is a marginal WR. He was never a #1 WR either for any team he ever played on

Where do I start?  You must be the only person alive who thinks Griese was a better QB than Marino, regardless of Superbowl wins.

Williams I agree with

Mark brothers, I agree with

I liked t-Buck, but he paled in comparison to Sam Madison

Feely doesn't even sniff top 3 kickers for the phins.  You could have picked Mare, Stoyovanich or Garo.

...and the big one...

Wannestedt....really?  The reason isn't he did anything 'wrong', it's just he didn't do anything 'right' either.  He had arguably the most talented roster in the NFL, and couldn't make it to a Superbowl because he was so overtly conservative.  He caused Ricky Williams to retire (he would have smoked his way out anyways, but you can still blame Dave for leaning on him waaaay too much).  He wouldn't even try to find a better QB than Fiedler.

....but you are entitled to your opinion, even as flawed as your logic is.

Who else would you pick as a coach?  The only other option is Shula, and I am not giving it to him after learning about what he did to his players.

Since you put a stipulation on the most winningest coach of all time, I would still say Adam Gase at this point is a better HC than Wannestedt ever was.  Or Jimmy Johnson for drafting JT and Zach Thomas.

Olindo Mare isn't the #1 Fins kicker of all time. Stoyovanich and Garo were both much better kickers
Mare is the teams leading scorer by over 200 points and I believe has a better FG percentage than both. I know his single season is better but I also believe his career percentage is better. Mare was very good

Ed Perry before him lasted quite a while as well. Long snappers typically have long careers.
