I had a subscription to Playboy, and when it would come in, my girlfriends (now wife) would grab it and read it before me, legitimately for the articles, comics and jokes.  RIP!

This made me sad when I saw it this morning. Some people seem that no matter what, they'll never die. I felt the same way when George Burns died. And will probably feel the same way when Keith Richards dies. Hell, Keith may outlive  me, haha.

Anyhow, see ya Hef. You lived a life that many couldn't even dream of.

Two comments:

1. The Brail edition at one time was the best selling brail magazine.

2. I did my high school term on nuclear weapons accidents, Playboy had the single best article on the topic.  Rolling Stones had a decent one but it was not quite as good.  Not everyone was amused that my footnotes and Biliography contained an adult magazine
