I just watched the "Postman" the other week, one (if not the only) acting roles with Tom Petty.

^^ Loved that cameo...

I know he did voice-overs for a few episodes of the cartoon "King of the Hill" a while back, but I don't ever remember seeing him pop up on the screen, other than The Postman.

"You don't Know how it feels" was released in 1994 and stayed pretty popular on the radio and MTV for the next couple of years.

That's the last push I remember him making.

That isn't his fault but that of terrestrial radio. He was labeled as "classic rock" which meant they would not play anything new. He had a good album a few years ago that got played on the Jukebox where I hang out.
