Here are the series:

Red Sox - Astros (game 1  @ 4pm on 10/5)
Yankees - Indians (game 1 @ 7:30 on 10/5)

National League play in game is tonight.

Who do you have?  I've got Houston and Cleveland.

After watching two World Series Game 7 extra innings losses, I think this might finally be the year I get to see the Tribe hoist the trophy.

As someone who doesn't really like to watch AL Baseball,I'd like to watch a an Indians/Astros ALCS- Indians going to the Ws,

NL...Ehhh...Cubs don't have the pitching horses this year, felt the Dodgers/Diamondbacks (then Dodgers had that really bad stretch)...

Cubs are going to win another title this year, and the storyline next offseason is going to be how everyone else (Dodgers, Tribe, yada-yada) was the story all season, but the Cubs still won it all in the end.

...and Addison Russell will have his second World Series Grand Salami. Grin

Verlander twice in a short series probably means Houston moves on.

Sadly, I like Cleveland too. Sonny Gray has been kinda shit lately, you never know which Tanaka you are getting and Severino had a historically awful performance last night. This is all without even talking about how good Cleveland is either.

Astros in 5
Indians in 4

I'm picking the winner of the Yankees - Cleveland series to win it all.  Although I'm a casual Yankees fan I wouldn't mind seeing Cleveland win, great Manager.

Right about Houston, wrong about Cleveland. Hell, if Girardi didn't hand them Game 2 it would've been worse.

I don't see Houston losing but I didn't see Cleveland losing either, so I don't know. Been a fun ride though.

Astros - Dodgers WS (I'm a Yankee hater Embarrassed I just couldn't put them in there, and I'd like to see Altuve and company make it )

Cubs pitching staff is wiped, the "Slinging Stringbean" had rough series, and his reliability being in question will bite us.

Once again Kershaw had a shit postseason start. Now, he will go at least twice in this series. That is somehow a negative for LA despite his God-like work in the regular season.

I actually like the Cubs in this series. The hunger from last year can't be duplicated but they are still a very good team and until the Dodgers get over the hump I am betting against them.

Cubs in 5.

What's the Vegas line on that?  I may want to throw down a C-note on that.

Edge - wasn't so much a knock on the Yankees.  I thought Cleveland was too deep.  Houston SHOULD handle NY but, shoot.  Yanks have been finding ways to win all year.

Verlander is a freaking beast.  GG.  Unreal.

maine, long time no see.

I just wanted to ask what do you think of Aaron Judge, do you think he will win ROY and/or MVP? He seems to have disappeared in the playoffs for the yanks.
