There is a big reason he was available but it had nothing to do with football.  With that in mind, I am not looking forward to seeing him twice this year.

He was still available because teams made a business decision.  Football is a business.  Teams weighed whether signing him would benefit their financial bottom line or improve their financial bottom line.

i wonder if the fact Nike sales went up (dispite all the claimed boycotting) after the Kap ad, made Carolina realize the racist who oppose the protesting of murder by cops are a very vocal but ultimately small number of people.  I wouldn’t be surprised to see Reid jersey sales soar and Carolina become a lot of people’s new second team.
