After missing multiple PAT's and FG's this year the Chargers finally released former Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis.  So I guess the Dolphins management did one thing right with letting him go.

So many college kickers aren't cutting the mustard in the NFL.   At least he wasn't drafted in the second round.

That happens to be the guy he beat out for the Chargers job.
