I have this weird quirk where I enjoy watching zits get popped...or cysts pierced or whatever.

It's like I feel relief vicariously.  There's one person at my work that likes it, too, and understands it, but a lot of people think it's just gross and they gag and stuff.

Today, I saw a video of a super long ingrown hair.  It was awesome.

If it's mine it's satisfying, but I get grossed out by watching other people's.  There was one circulating like 5 years ago, it was huge on this guys back and his wife or girlfriend took a scalpel to it...it just kept coming out, then she commented on the smell.  Blegh, no thanks.

You joke, but that's oddly satisfying.

Of all the things I've read on this board over the years - and I dealt a lot with Tommy Shand - I have never been more disgusted than I am with this thread...

I follow Dr. Pimple Popper on instagram. I agree - it's bizarre, but it's oddly satisfying.

For example (warning, this is friggin gross):

I had a cyst on my back, in a place where I couldn't reach.   It grew to the size of a golf ball and was bright red before I did something about it.   Having it lanced and drained by a local dermatologist was a huge relief.   It drained for days afterwards.  Thankfully my girlfriend was kind enough to squeeze out the blood/white gunk and change my dressings twice a day

I'm assuming your girlfriend is now your wife because that one's a keeper.

Ingrown hairs are a pain in the ass.  I used to get them on my chin.  It used to get so bad I had to take a tack punch a hole in them and squeeze the hair out.  Howsoever I found that 9 times out of 10 I can do it now with a large mirror and tweezers.

The pellet looking thing I pulled out of my hip was the most fun I took a razor and opened that up after it came out there was all kinds of fun stuff inside there.

Also car keys, great for cleaning out ear wax.

I had a rather large zit right on the top of my head one time the thing popped like 8 times while I was watching Top Gun there was all this orange stuff that shot out of it.  That was fun too.
