Frugal February 2019

It's that time of year again for my monthly challenge.  Here are the basic rules.  You may have to modify for special events.

1) You must create an expected budget based on previous spending trends.  This includes renegotiating your existing service contracts.
2) You must track every cent spent for the 28 days.
3) You are not allowed premiums on food or drinks (you must pack all your meals and you can't go out for drinks, but can eat/drink whatever at home)
4) You aren't allowed impulse buys.  (You can buy what you need, but not browse and discover things you didn't go out for.)
5) You aren't allowed to buy any clothing or accessories.
6) You must share your results and strategies.

So many people say that, but they're fooling themselves.

If there's ever a time to do something like this, February is perfect.   Allows you to put money you didn't spend on extras like going out towards your Christmas bills

And it's only 28-29 days, so less days to be frugal than other months.
