Per Ian Rappaport ... this trade will happen after March 13th but it has been agreed upon. Flacco has agreed to restructure his contract in order to make it happen.

IMO Elway is floundering and the Broncos are going in the wrong direction.  Denver is no longer a QB away from being a SB contender; they shouldn't be spending $18.5 Mil on a middle of the road QB.  They have other issues that they should be focusing on.

Apparently they consider him a better stopgap than Keenum.   I'm guessing their plan is to now stockpile picks and wait until next year to draft a QB in a draft class that will be rich in them.
