I went with Superman and Superman II, largely for their impact on the genre.

I went with The Crow and The Mask.  Funny enough they came out the same year, I remember watching both a lot when I was younger.

I don't love the Superman movies.  They're groundbreaking, but I've always found them corny.  I picked Superman II, because I remember it being less silly and the 3 Kryptonians were pretty cool.

I also went with the Mask.  That was a fun movie, as a remember.  Also, Cameron Diaz, I remember being crazy hot in that film.

Voting against one movie for being corny then voting for the corniest. Hmm.

The Mask was kinda intentionally corny and seemed to embrace that tone.  Superman was earnest.  I also hate that version of Lex Luthor and it's always been something I'd like done a different way.  For a long time, I thought I just didn't like Superman the character but I've since come to enjoy him.

Voting has ended!  Superman II and The Mask advance to the next round, where they will face Men In Black and Blade.
