I'm just wondering where everyone's heads at, in terms of the game this week.  Does anything matter?  Like, I don't think you can go back to Fitz, but you probably can't really make choices off of what you see from Tua either -- It's just going to be a rookie, making mistakes ...maybe playing well, but the result for the season will be the same, I'd guess.

It will be interesting to watch.

I'm extremely confident we will be in the playoffs, and if Tua can do better than 10 TDs vs 7 INTs in the next 6 games the results for the season will definitely not be the same.  The Bills are frauds and our defense gets better every week.

This Rams game will be a barometer on how good Miami really is.

I think that if we beat a very good Rams team and go to 4-3 and Buffalo loses, then the organization might pull the trigger on a few minor trades to help us compete this season. Nothing crazy but we won't be sellers unless another Bill O'Brien offer comes up.

If we lose and Buffalo wins then maybe just stay the course as is and use 2020 as development.

If the Dolphins win their probability of making the playoffs increases to ~40% if they lose it drops to ~25%. So while it is not a must win nor would it guarantee them a playoff spot it matters.

Bills/Patriots game poses an interesting dilemma (unless you are just going based on who you hate more).  A Bills lose is needed for any realistic chance at the division.  But a Bills win helps in a wildcard battle with NE.

You obviously haven't looked at the rest of the Bills schedule...they're due for 5-7 losses easily

If Mia loses to Rams it is becomes difficult for Mia to win the division, a Buffalo collapse could  occur along with a NE resurgence.  I wouldn’t count a Belichick team out of it.

The Rams are a really bad matchup for the Dolphins. I don't think the game is winnable with Fitzpatrick, even on a good day, and I doubt the odds are much better for Tua.

However, there's definitely more of the unknown surrounding Tua and anything unknown is better than unwinnable.

If the Dolphins do pull out a W against the Rams, then I'll be ecstatic and the sky's the limit.

I don't think anything is riding on this game. Tua just needs experience and the team needs to build talent through the next draft.

Remember, this is an early game with a west coast team flying in on a short week.  That kind of situation really ends up statistically hurting the west coast team big time.

It could end up ugly for the Rams.

The Dolphins have won their last 4 games against the Rams, and 10 of the last 11.
Let's hope Tua starts his career with a win to keep it going!

Jared Goff is not worth half his salary, pure system QB. If Jones and Howard play to their level, then we just need to focus on the run and we can win it.

We will see in the next day or two if this game meant anything to management so they make a trade before the deadline.
