Saw the play on YouTube.  Why was it ruled a safety?  When he crossed the goal line he threw the ball forward out of the end zone and it went out in the field of play.  Shouldn't it have Minnesota ball where it went out of bounds after he threw it?

He throws it out of the side of the endzone.  That's a safety.

Looked like it was in the field of play but the refs had a better view.  Anyway it’s an illegal forward pass anyway.  This makes it a safety because the foul was in the end zone
