I voted for Robert, under the presumption that you wouldn't have included "Robert" as a choice if your last name was Roberts or Robertson.

Why would you include Ward as a solo option then also include it as a subset of Edward? Then I also see Woodward. Am I  catching onto something?

Only that different iterations of Ward have been floated around.  There are also a couple of joke names in there, Woodward may or may not be one of them.
