surprised no one has posted this since the panthers are ranked #1 in the league but anyways.

The Maple Leafs are one win away from doing something they haven't done in 18 years. Win a playoff series. I'm hopeful they will pull it off against Tampa Bay but they have let me down before so i'm cautiously optimistic.

The Lightning pulled it off leaving the Maple Leafs without a playoff series win since 2004.  Great to see the Panthers win their first playoff series since that miracle run in 1996.   Looking forward to this Panthers/Lightning series.  Got my tickets for games 1 and 2.   GO PANTHERS!!!

Lightning - Panthers series should be pretty good. You know Miami is looking for paybacks after last year when the underdog Lightning came in and spanked them.

Rangers somehow pulled off the series win, becoming the first team in NHL history to come from behind to win 3 times while facing elimination.

Craolina Hurricanes owned the Rangers all season despite being equally matched teams, I don't think this series will be much different unless Igor does a Patrick Roy impression. "No Quit in NY" is not really needed if you play well the whole game and not just when you're losing.

Heard that they have cap issues with lots of impending free agents. I don't think next year will be any better.
