A ridiculous one year contract with around $15 Million guaranteed. The real news is that Lamar Jackson is the one who was recruiting him, so for all intents and purposes, he will be a Raven next season.

I think he saw his market was non-existent due to crazy demands and the tag limiting options so he is waving the white flag this offseason.
