This is tough, there are a lot of worthy names. Might have to break this into 2 categories, outside and inside. If you do that I'd go with Thomas, Duhe, Offerdahl and Buoniconti inside. The outside I'd go with Bokamper, Porter, Brudzinski and Hugh Green.

If I only get 4. Thomas, Duhe, Buoniconti and Green and I'm considering Green's entire career, not just with the Dolphins.

And for the record I consider Taylor and Wake Defensive ends.

If *I* was going to build a monument to four Dolphin linebackers it would include:

Larry Izzo
Jonathan Freeny
Junior Seau
Kyle Van Noy

(But my selection criteria might be a bit different than others.)

I saw Cox there, and was wondering, did I screw up? Then again, Hugh Green to me would be the one he could displace... Offerdahl was great too for a long time.

We haven't got to the corners or safeties yet... there are going to be some more really great players missing out!

Like I said, it was a tough call in this lot, and Duhe was on my short list. I ended up going for Larry Gordon, a brilliant player whose time ended too soon.
