I highly recommend this show.

It is two seasons so far.  Both seasons are very different than each other, which I think is interesting.

It's a show that elevates its premise through its execution.

Basically, a world class young chef that works in the fanciest restaurant in the world returns to Chicago to run a sandwich shop bequeathed to him by his brother.

A lot of the show occurs on the "line" in the kitchen, so the pace is frenetic.  But the characters and honestly and growth is superb.

It's on Hulu.

The seven fishes episode is great.  And then the season just ends with banger after banger.

One more thing: It goes down super easy.  10 episodes a season.  Most episode are 30 minutes with the occasional hour-long.

I have watched the first season and plan to watch the second season.  Season 1 was stressful but elegant.  The story wraps up in a neat little bow, but the fact that they continued on with season 2 is really great.  I'm looking forward to watching it once some of my other shows wrap up.
