I don't know what you guys are watching, but he is NOT a good coach.

He has sabotaged a team super-loaded with talent.

They made the playoffs last year due that blatant missed PI against the Bears in Week 9, coupled with the Keelan Cole touchdown that was caught out of bounds.

His decision making is atrocious. 

He kicks long field goals, which miss, but won't try short ones.

Remember last year against Pittsburgh, when, they went for it up six on fourth and three instead of making it a two-score game.

Against Tennessee, when they score was 27-21, he punted on fourth and short, which was stupid.  You need to be aggressive in that situation and try to put the game away then and there.

What do you people see that makes you think he is a great coach?

Nah Mike is a good coach whether the NFL allows him to prosper or not remains to be seen but last 2 years are a different team and I’ve been watching this train wreck since 96? 97?

He gets 1 more year regardless imho but I’m not sure I’ll really bother much if we drop 2
