Here are the current seedings in the AFC and their QBs.

1. Ravens - Lamar Jackson
2. Dolphins - Tua Tagovailoa
3. Chiefs - Patrick Mahomes
4. Jaguars - Trevor Lawrence
5. Browns - BACKUP
6. Bengals - BACKUP
7. Colts - BACKUP
8. Texans - BACKUP
9. Bills - Josh Allen
10. Steelers - BACKUP
11. Broncos - Russell Wilson
12. Raiders - BACKUP
13. Chargers - BACKUP
14. Titans - BACKUP
15. Jets - BACKUP
16. Patriots - BACKUP

I think that all of these started as injury but some may have just lost their jobs, too.  The lines get blurred, but by and large, these guys got hurt.

That's only 6 out of 16 starting QBs in the AFC.  Crazy.

Outside of the injury replacements, I think it show that there are a lot of mediocre QB's in the league, and nowadays teams want to see if the back-ups are any good before they go looking to draft or trade for a replacement.
