As a fan for over 40 years, it's been tough to get replica jerseys over that time in a place halfway around the earth, yet I've luckily managed to accumulate quite a few.

Pure design aside, I find the most comfortable to wear are the Wilson and Reebok made jerseys. I do think the Wilson ones look a bit better, although they are either screen printed or a mix of screen printed and stitched, while the Reebok ones are all stitched. I also really like the Mitchell & Ness throwback jerseys too in how they look and feel.

The Nike jerseys, even the all stitched ones, look cheap, and feel awful to wear. Plus as I've mentioned before, I hate the shrunken Dolphin logo on the sleves (let alone the logo itself).

Most of mine are replica (silkscreened) angry cartoon-era jerseys.  Of those, I usually wear a navy alternate Zach jersey, or a front-half/back-half home/away Ricky jersey.

I was able to find a (fake) angry cartoon-era "authentic" Marino aqua jersey a few years back, heavyweight fabric with stitched everything.  It would be my favorite if it weren't fake, but I wasn't making enough money to buy an authentic jersey when Marino was still playing, and the only official Marino jerseys you can get now are the '80s logo (which I consider the worst Dolphins logo).

I have two of the mid-grade Nike jerseys (not game authentic, but still have stitched numbers and nameplates) with the new logos, a white Wake and an aqua Tua.  The color on the current aqua jersey really pops, even though I know a lot of people don't like them.

If I had to pick a favorite right now, #1 is probably the aqua Tua, #2 navy Zach, #3 fake Marino.  But there is probably some recency bias there, as the aqua jersey is my newest one.

side note: Do y'all primarily lean towards aqua, white, or evenly split?  I tend to buy way more aqua jerseys, both because they are rarely worn in game and because (obviously) white is harder to keep clean.  I have 9 Dolphins jerseys now and only 3 of them are white (and one of those whites was a gift that I wouldn't have purchased for myself, a white Chambers).

These are the authentic replica jerseys I have:

Just the one Nike - a 2016 Jay Ajayi white jersey from when we was our MVP, and the color scheme had the paler orange and navy. It also has a 50th anniversary patch. It's all stitched and looks good, but like I said, feels cheap and horrible to wear.

Four Reeboks, all stitched - three Ronnie Brown in each color (aqua with the 40th patch, white, orange), and a Brandon Marshall orange jersey

Three Wilsons - a 1991 Marino white without the nameplate, 1989 aqua Sammie Smith (gulp), and 1994 aqua Keith Byers with stitched numbers & nameplate (and NFL 75th patch)

Two Mitchell & Ness - both Marino, all stitched with nameplates. A 1984 white throwback, and 1994 aqua throwback (72 Dolphins) with the NFL 75th patch.

I'd love to also get hold of a Mitchell & Ness 1990 white throwback someday...

Vaguely related... the new Dolphins Rivalry jersey has been announced.

https://www.miamidolphins.com/rivalries/

It will be interesting to see what the ones for sale will be like. Hopefully they will be better quality than the previous Nike releases.

It looks like they are using stitched numbers, at least.

Definitely going to pick up one of these jerseys, but I haven't decided on the player yet; most likely candidates are Tua or Chop.

Chop would be a really good one I reckon (or Sieler, or Achane if available). I think the jerseys (especially the Nike ones) look better with the bigger sized numbers.

Proof will be in the fit, the quality of the material, and stitching. It's hard to say, but on the team website the sleeve stripes also look to be stitched, while possibly not in the Nike shop generic photos - they're admittedly stock graphics, but also look to lack the paneling/additional stitching seen in the team website photos.

For the kind of money they're asking you'd pretty much want the whole enchilada, and have it as close as possible to the real thing (but with usable sleeves).

I won't be getting the new one but I bought a Zach Sieler throwback last year. That is currently my favorite to wear. I have signed jerseys from Dwight Stephenson and Dan Marino that are actually my favorites overall.

I think my favorite jersey is the cartoon-era Marino Jersey when they were made by Puma.

This is Miami's second attempt at a navy blue jersey. I thought the first one was nice but they never wore it so it kind of defeated the purpose in my opinion. As I understand it, these jerseys are only for this year.

Are you talking about the new rivalry jerseys?  If so, they look black to me.

And for some reason, I feel like they should have some pink in the design...to kind of play on the Vice theme.  They would look cool.

Interesting.  Maybe it's my monitor settings but that isn't reading as blue to me at all.

I no longer have a Dolphins jersey in my small jersey collection.   Cry   I used to have an aqua Cecil Collins jersey that I wore to a few games and TDMMC tailgating.   Evil
