Well deserved. The kid is a stud. Part of me wishes he was on a real team.

Ditto. Achane proved he deserves to be considered in the upper echelon of Running Backs, and it's great to see him be rewarded this season.

Jordyn Brooks I think was very unlucky not to be picked. You would think that leading the NFL in tackles and being awarded AFC defensive player of the week twice should have got enough attention, but apparently that was not enough to get past being the first alternate.

It would be a travesty if he wasn't selected.

It should have been a slam dunk for Achane... and in the end it was. If I was a defensive coordinator, he's the first guy I would focus on to take out of the game... and he's still racked up career best totals. His explosive plays have always been amazing, but the increase of yards after contact this season is astonishing considering his size. He is genuinely an elite player at his position, and as the Pro Bowl rankings have happened, the only realistic one. Surely he should be Team MVP this year... and I still say, he should have been last year too.

Brooks like I said was unlucky, but it's hard to stand out on a crappy defense when the front just isn't good enough, and about 50% of the reason why he was leading the league in tackles. Apparently he had a great fan vote vs the experts vote, which was the complete opposite of what some were expecting. That said, he was definitely in contention for a starting spot, which alludes to how good a season he had. Before he started getting AFC player of the week votes, I flagged him as the first defensive player I'd pick to rebuild around. Just sayin'...

Brewer didn't even get an alternate vote for a reason... yeah, he's great leading up the field on run blocking which gets attention, but his pass protection against the elite beefy gorillas consistently wasn't up there. Yeah he was good, but on our OL, I would say Paul was even better over the course of the season.

No one else really deserves a mention in regard to this. I'm amazed some names like Ingold even come up in possible Pro Bowl conversations.
