Hi everyone,

I didn't want to sound pompous and just post something about myself on this board without being invited to... so, thanks for the invitation.

As for the facts about me, I'm 22, live on Sullivan's Island (a 'burb of Charleston), and my bank account number is... actually I don't know.

I became a fin fan because I liked their colors and loved Dan Marino when I was younger (born in '83). I also like to stick it to my dad, who's a big Patriots fan. Same thing with my love of the Yankees. My dad's a Red Sox fan. So, that's how I came to love the 'fins. It's been tough lately, what with our 4-12 season last year the Pats doing so well, but I've been very happy to see the change that's been going on since Saban arrived.

I found TDMMC by accident. I was surfing around, found the sight on google, and thought the banners were hilarious. I lurked on the boards for a little over a half a year, and now I have decided to post.

I really appreciate the closeness of the community on this board, and the fact that y'all all seem to get along so and have so much to say despite deep divisions in personality and taste. I was surprised how well you guys received people like Denver_Bronco, Black_Prowler, and Pats2006. That's what sets this sight away from and above all the rest. The people here are decent.
