i don't mean to nerd out on this .. but caesar salad was invented in tijuana mexico .. not italy .. so if anything caesar salad is mexican food !

Can't say that I blame you, Tony.  I would go for it all myself.  I saw my dad's family for the first time in 5 years this past holiday season.  Lemme tell you, there's nothing like the traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve.
