I keep a mental list of things I would like to do.  I try to keep them realistic.  Right now, here are some of the top ones.

Run and finish a marathon
Hike the complete Appalachian Trail
Fish for monster peacock bass in Brazil
Tour the Valley of the Kings
Build my own cabin
Spend a year driving around the US visiting National Parks to fish and bird
