I meant unknown as in he's getting old, and we'd be taking a risk paying that amount of money for him, given that we can't guarantee what kind of season he's going to have.

His performance during the season was the unknown not the player Smiley

he might be gettin old but he's still one of the best CB's if not the best in the game

straight shut down corner yo, i'd take him in a heart beat specially with the way our secondary was destory last year on numerous occassions

It's not the fact that he's getting old.  It's the fact that he's going to demand an astronomical amount of money from whoever signs him.  We can't afford to dump a lot of money into him right now, especially with the salary cap possibly going to pieces in 2007.
