What's the point?  Running is to push yourself, to test your limits, or to get in shape.  Clearly, this guy's limits are so far out, there's no need to push them.
If you can run for 3 days straight, its not about the running anymore, now its just about being able to stay awake that long.

That is how he tests his limits.  As he has said, he would love to try to for 500 miles, but it will take a far better runner than him.  For him that is his limit. It's not just the staying awake part.

This is what 350 Miles Looks like:



Miami, FL to Jacksonville, FL
Total Est. Distance: 350.84 miles
And the worst part about that run is, after you're finished, you're in Jacksonville.
