I was lucky enough to attend this event this past weekend.  Every year, ESPN takes their show on the road, providing the fans and viewers with an opportunity to be a part of the action.  They have shows, information sessions, hot set tapings, games, interactive stuff, and lots of prize giveaways.

The event is held at Disney-MGM Studios in Orlando, FL.  Its a three-day event which allows the fans of ESPN to get up close and personal with their favorite ESPN personalities as well as a select handful of athletes.

Some of the athletes that we had the pleasure of encountering this weekend:
Takeo Spikes, Donnie Edwards, Adam Vinatieri, Jake Delhomme, John Smoltz, Tim Hudson, Anrduw Jones, Dr. J, David Robinson, Karl Malone, Michele Kwan, and Bonnie Blair.  Not to mention other such events featuring Chris Berman, Peter Gammons, Karl Ravech, Harold Reynolds, Linda Cohn, and Sal Paolantonio.

It was a very good time for the sports fan, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone next year.

Sounds like it was a great time. I have never heard of this event before. I would love to meet Harold Reynolds and i would also like to ask Peter Gammons why he is such a homer.... Cheesy

Man you come to Orlando more than CF drives to Miami with his season tickets.

Not really, but close.  I've only gone twice since October....
