2007 NCAA Tournament!!

« on: March 27, 2006, 07:32:35 am »

Both the Pottsburgh Post-Gazette and the Herald are reporting that Miami will play at Pittsburgh to open the season the Thursday night after Labor Day.

Come on up! You can all crash at my place.

I was looking forward to this game but not now. If we had Sage or Gus it wouldn't bother me as much but I hate for Daunte to start his first game against Pitt... and that is assuming he plays.  Our other options include Cleo, Brock or maybe tommy Maddox.  This doesn't excite me either!

Oh Man, Culpepper's really gettin thrown in at the deep end with this one, assuming he plays any part at all that is.

You can just imagine all the Culpepper-Bashing and i "I told you so's" that'll happen on this site if we lose this one (Jtex Grin) and Culpepper's involved.

But i hafta say im looking forward to this one, i know we're all secretly (if slightly unrelistically) hopeful that the Phins will enjoy Home Field advantage in the next Superbowl, and this will be a good gauge of wether that dream will be achievable or not (Even though you could still class this as a pre-season game).

Of course I will, on the Anti-Fins section, do that.  It's my job.

It'd be sweet if Tommy Maddox started that game for us and lit it up.

Big Ben who?

Haha! I think its a good thing! Be sure to Quote me!

I'm glad there's people on here that hate the Fins, cos on most of the other Forums that i've looked at Anti-Fins talk is outlawed. And at least on this site there's some factual/statistical information to back up opinions, not just "You Guys Suck", like its Xbox Live or somethin.

I'm lookin forward to that game though!

This sucks. Those tickets are goign to be so hard to get. I am definitely up for the roadtrip though. I have commented about this in a few other various threads, when the rumor started that we would play the Steelers in the first game.

I think if this game was mid-season, i'd surely be up for the trip.  But, for the season opener, I doubt I'll be there. Sad
