Here's how might night went:

Just before leaving work, the mail girl comes by and gives me a basket of chocolate my mother sent me for Easter. 

The I got home and found a steak in the freezer that I'd forgotten about.  I cooked it up in the frying pan with a bit of garlic, oil, salt and pepper.  It was damn good.  I had some brussels sprouts as well.

Then I fixed myself a hefty Captain and Coke and sat down to finish off my taxes and e-file. 

Turbo Tax says I'm due a $4k refund.

Life is good.

How's everyone else doing today?

The woman is in Atlanta today.  Given that she's 10 times zones away, I'll settle for the steak, rum and money.

I scored great Madonna tickets, and my bf is getting us a maid so I guess I did ok last night. 

Today?  Nothing.
