Anyone know whats going on?

Is it a case of the Dolphins waiting for his Salary Expectations to drop before trying to sign him?

That's what every team is doing.  Based on his relationship with Gibbs and his play as a result of it, no one wants to give him the type of money he's asking for.

His play was not a result of his relationship with Gibbs. The league recognizes the guy is a tremedous talent, but it is almost impossible to get him to play within a scheme. For every play he makes he is going to freelance on the next three and that can be a liability. Unless he shows an ability to play within a system he is not going to get anywhere close to the money he thinks he deserves (and he cannot prove himself until he signs with someone).

Arrington is so talented, but that price needs to drop.  Because if he stays where he's at, all he'll have is "potential" suitors.  If I was Lavar, I'd either head to the Giants or the Dolphins.  I would stay far away from Green Bay as humanly possible.

I think he just signed with the Giants.

I live in the DC area, so I have to follow the Skins somewhat & let me tell you, I'm glad we didn't sign him.  He never plays within the scheme & seems to always get out of position.  It looked to me like teams could run right at him with ease; he would always run himself out of position & lose contain.

Some of the best moves you make are the ones you don't make.  I'm telling you, the guy is way overrated.

He's got talent, but he tends to play selfish, show-offish football.

Ohh come on with this nonsense. If miami had signed him at the price the giants got him at you'd be overjoyed. IMO you realistically never had a shot at arrington anyway. Arrington made it clear he preferred to stay within the division. Miami was just being used as leverage. Tell me other than crowder, where are the young Lb's for the dolphins? Zach thomas isn't getting any younger, and donnie spragan isnt starting material. Ohh their's always that great 2nd round selection EDDIE MOORE. lol. If you ask me the giants upgraded immensely, and your getting a very motivated player to silence his critics. How's a 3- time pro bowler over-rated?

Because the Pro-Bowl, or any sports all-star game for that matter, is as much a popularity contest as running for class president. I would dare say that a number of people who vote for this crap only have the sports knowledge that ESPN provides to them. They see a highlight reel and think a guy is unstoppable. If you understand the game you can see him miss as many plays as he makes.

He sat on the bench in Washington for a reason.
