Is it just me or does it feel as though today, now that we are in a post-feminist period, that there can never be a criticism of a woman without the cry of "misogyny" being raised? I dunno, perhaps I'm just a jerk, but I think women have too thin of a skin most of the time.

What do y'all think? (Ladies, I'm interested in what you have to say as well.)

- I could easily look it up on dictionary.com or infer from the context... but that might aggravate my apathetic sensibility.

No, SCFinFan, I think you're absolutely right.

Bill Maher said something that is completely true in one of his stand-up acts (Not the "Real Time" show, an actualy 1-hour stand-up thing).  He said "it's almost politically incorrect just to be male".

You're right.  It's getting as ridiculously sensitive as the race "issue" - anytime the subject is even discussed as a 3rd party, you're immediately assigned blame, and looked down upon by women.

It's high time women stop acting like everything is a personal freaking attack on them, and stop bitching about everything men do.  It's old.

Trying to get ALL women to be reasonable?  Why not so something a bit more realistic like cure cancel or invent the means for time travel.

Just remember 3 simple meaningless phrases:
I'm sorry.
It was my fault.
I'll never do it again.

Used properly they immediately end any discussion so you can quickly get back to more important man tasks - usually even before the Sportscenter commercials are over!

Remember, Tis always better to take the blame and get make up sex now as opposed to getting screwed by a judge later.  Wink
