I'm not for headhunting and just because A-Rod got hit it's not fair to Manny that he has to get one in the back, but it's how you protect your players.
Count up the times since 2003 that the Yankees were hit in the head to head matchups and how many times the Sox were hit. Wouldn't shock me if it's 5 to 1 in the Yankees favor. They just don't retaliate and it's stupid. Don't kill someone with a 96 MPH fastball to the head, but drill him in the back for God's sake.
