I do not have this problem. I struggle to stay up until 11. 

I think it's all the running I do.  I don't even own an alarm clock. In bed by 11.  Up by 6.  Everyday. Even weekends, unfortunately.

And so it is with me too.... except it's work that keeps me going, not running. 

By the time you get into your 30's and get into a routine for work, sleeping past 8 am is considered sleeping in.

If you are 'exhausted', then go to bed. Don't stay up until 2. That's common sense.

If you're not, try:

1. Read before you go to bed
2. Exercise some time during the day.  You can't go to work, surf the net, and watch tv, and expect to be tired early enough.

Don't take pills for it..this will mess up your sleep patterns for a long time.

Try drinking a 12 pack in under 2 hours. I guarantee you sleep.


I agree! Or you can try a 40oz and a Ambian!!
