2011 NFC East Champions!

WOW - What a fucking God Damn game.  That was easy the best playoff game of the whole year so far.

And I LOVE IT, because I like the Mavs, and they have the Spurs down 1-3.  Avery Johnson - you're the man.  F the Spurs.

Beautiful!!!  It's great to see the defending champs about to get knocked off their pedastal.  My prediction:  San Antonio will win game 5 in the Alamodome out of desperation.  Dallas will finish them off in game 6.

That was a sweet game. Worth staying up and being dead tired today. I like the Mavs as well and hope that if the Heat can't take it, they will.

As the lone Spurs fan on this board, I have to say Dallas has really played well in this series.  I've got some issues with the officiating (C'mon!  Bowen did not foul Nowitzki at the end of regulation), but even so, Dallas has just outplayed San Antonio.  I think (hope) the Spurs take games 5 and 6.  I don't think they'll climb out of this one and win in 7, though.   Cry

I think the Spurs win in 7. This series smells just like the Phoenix/Lakers one....

Bruce Bowen probably got called for that foul because of his reputation of being a fouling, hacking, piece of crap.  He's not a "great defender", he's a fouling piece of shit.

Did you think that when he played for the Miami Heat?  You don't think Ben Wallace gets away with stuff?  Most great players get away with something.  Bowen pulls and tugs, Wallace gets to body up and use forearms, Rasheed Wallace gets to set moving screens for Rip Hamilton, Nowitzki gets to go to the foul line for stepping on Tim Duncan's foot...

Well, all-righty then.  Not that it matters, but I met the guy once, at the Publix near my house.  Really nice guy.  As for the series, I don't like the way it's going, but I like that my team is fighting like rabid dogs to stay in this.  Dallas will probably win this thing, but SA is gonna make 'em earn every little bit of it.

Bruce Bowen is one of the top defenders in the league...period. Saying anything else is like saying the sky is pink, just to spite the "sky is blue" crowd. He was a great defender in Miami and he's a great defender in San Antonio. Just ask any of the superstars he's shut down...the list is fairly extensive.

He's been limited offensively but great defensively wherever he's been.  When he left Miami to go to San Antonio, Alan Houston and Latrell Sprewell celebrated into the long night.
