as you know the team i am a big fan of The Best offense in the league. The Toronto Blue jays take on your Florida Marlins

Best of luck. Were hoping for a sweep. Since were going to playing in miami we will have to make some sacifices that means Troy Glaus will be playing Shortstop instead of his usual third base.

BRING IT ON

Raptor - you should come down for a game.  Then you can watch the lowly last place Marlins kick the crap outa the "best offense in the league" in person!!

The Marlins are hot, there's no stopping them.  You'll be lucky to escape out of here with one win.

They may be hot, but we are hotter.

How about a little bet on the same. If the jays win the series, you become a jays fan if or when the marlins move. if the marlins win the series, you can choose who ever you want to be your team if or when the marlins move.

does it work like that?  can you just become a jays fan?

Why would I want to become a fan of the team that kicked my team's ass?

Because the team that might kick your teams ass is still going to be around in 5 years. And it's a very respectable team. i don't want you making a stupid mistake and joining a team thats all about themselves (red sox), when or if the marlins move. This way is the only way i can be sure i prevented a disaster.

How so?  We've won five in a row, you've won three in a row.  Winning streaks aside, I'm really looking foward to a great series.  Toronto has been solid most of the year and the Marlins under the guidance of Joe Girardi are peaking at the right time.  Each game could go either way, my only regret is that Burnett won't pitching in any of these games.

So true.  I woulda loved to hear him get boo'ed off the field for his post-season antics last season and all the trash he talked about the team....

he seemed lost of the field. his 0 for 4 performance is the record the jays have in interleague 0  and 4. The jays should win tommorrow and sunday with the good doctor on the hill.

From a sweep to this:

Man, I know we're a AA team but what do we need to do to get some credit?  Undecided
Sweep Atlanta and Colorado and take 2 of 3 from SD? Oh wait...   Wink
